MY 5 GOALS/RESOLUTIONS FOR 2015

Hey guys and HAPPY NEW YEAR. I hope your holidays were as good as mine and that you spent a lovely time with family and friends.
Today, I wanted to share my five main resolutions for this whole new year. I usually never do any because I find it quite lame but 2015 is surely be a huge year for me (that doesn't mean it's going to be good though haha) and I wanted to be sure I had concrete goals in my mind. Feel free to comment with your personal resolutions if you have some and why you fix (or not) yourself an aim.

             - Firstly, I would like to be even more thankful for everything I have and to be less focused on the material goods. I sincerely want to help people on a daily basis, not only by participating in associations but above all by doing simple things for the people around me. I know it sounds cheesy but I genuinely mean it.

             - My second goal is related to the first one. I intend to be less selfish specially with my relatives and friends by randomly showing them that I appreciate them and that I am grateful to have them by my side.

             - Then, and it may be the hardest one to achieve, I set myself the goal of starting to be more confident and accepting myself (and stopping to pretend I do).

             - In addition, my fourth resolution is definitely to continue enjoying culture and to learn each day new things as crazy as they might be. (What I learnt today: While having a heart attack, chewing an aspiring rather than swallow it can save your life + Claudette Colvin refused to to give up her bus seat to a white person before Rosa Parks did)

             - Finally, I reallyyyyyyyyy want to keep on blogging and (hey something new here!) vlogging. Speaking of which, I've filmed a video with my five WISHES for 2015 and you can check it out here:

and if you subscribe/comment/like I will show my infinite gratefulness

BLOGMAS #2: Christmassy Phone

Christmas is something to celebrate with everyone...and everything. That's why I supposed it would be a good idea to show you a way to dress up your phone for (almost) everyone's favourite holiday.

All you have to do is to download CocoPPa on your phone. (It exists for iPhone and Android) Once you have downloaded it, you have the opportunity to create an account in order to "like" some decorations and easily find them later.

Now let's get to the point. Touch the "Lounge" section on the bottom left corner of the app.
Click on "Narrow Research" and write "Christmas" (on anything else).

Now chose the decoration you want and download it. You can either download the wallpaper or not, as you wish. Once it's done, determine on the icon you want and go on "set" to indicate which app you want it to correspond to. Click on "Ok" then on "Set". Safari will open, touch the indicated section and finally, "Add to Home Screen."

TADAAA it's done! Your phone is ready to celebrate Christmas with you.

BLOGGERS CHATS

As a Twitter fan, I often find myself wandering on this social media for no special reason. Therefore, on a basic evening a few weeks ago, I discovered something really interesting I wanted to talk to you about: bloggers chat

As you probably guessed, bloggers chats gather anyone with a blog in order to make them talk about a random topic. In fact, most often organised by Twitter accounts specially made to promote blogs (these accounts get to choose the topic), each chat happens once or twice a week (for example, on Mondays at 8pm UK time).
To participate, you need to answer to the questions asked by those same accounts during the chat with a special hashtag. For example, if you're a part of the FBL chat, your tweets must end with #fblchat.

Thanks to those events, bloggers get to meet each other and I had the chance to discuss really interesting topics with lovely people. It's an easy way to share ideas and thoughts about important things with a huge part of the blogging community.

There are several chats which explains that sometimes, it is hard not to be lost. Fortunately, some really nice bloggers posted chats schedules. Here's one posted on ThoughtTheMirror I found really useful.

Obviously, I haven't participated in all of them but I already have some I like more than the others. #fblchat and #fbloggers are definitely those I enjoy the most. #BlogHour and #bbloggers are great too! But as I said, there are a lot of them I haven't tried yet so I may change my mind.
If you want to share your point of view with me during a chat, or just talk about anything else, here's my twitterBut don't you forget this one rule...
